FLUOROBORIC ACID DEEP ACIDIFICATION TECHNOLOGY

The new fluoroboric acid deep acidification and plugging removal technology developed by the Second Oil Production Plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield has been put into use in Well Pu 7-32 recently. The daily oil output has risen from 0.7 tons to 4.1 tons, and the oil increase effect is significant. 

 　　 Compared with hydrochloric acid (HCl) and earth acid (HF+HCl) acidification, fluoroboric acidification not only has a better retarding effect, can increase the distance of acid action, but also stabilize mudstone and avoid stratum structure damage. In order to master the technology as soon as possible, the technical staff of the plant optimized the formula through repeated trials and developed a fluoroboric acid acidification and blockage removal formula system. After the fluoroboric acid system plugging solution is injected into the formation, it reacts in the formation and can slowly hydrolyze to produce hydrofluoric acid, dissolving the clay, siliceous, carbonate and other cements in the formation and the blockages near the wellbore and inside the reservoir.
